The
Saganoseki offshore is a very good fishing area. The
Ippon-zuri is so-called because it requires
no net or ground bait and offers a next-to-none view
of fishing boats and the Hoyo Channel. The light of
the Sekizaki Lighthouse was lit in 1901 and watches
over the safe voyage of vessels night and day.
