Since I had never eaten raw fish in Mexico, I avoided eating sashimi at first but now it has turned out to be one of my favorite foods. The globe fish of Usuki are especially fresh and soft. They are really delicious. Since there are many restaurants which serve globe fish in Usuki, I take my overseas friends to these restaurants whenever they first come here.
